Hydro Extractor

HYDRO-EXTRACTOR is a heavy duty machine, designed for separation of water from fiber, yarn, carpets, coir, sisal, terry-towels, chemicals etc. It consists of a dynamically balanced, drill perforated S.S. basket, a S.S. outer shell, aluminium / S.S. top cover and a M.S. bottom flange lined with S.S. sheet. It also comprises, the self lubricating central shaft made from carbon steel attached with a clutch pulley, as well as top and bottom housing, triangular base plate and the pendulum suspension system with columns made of sturdy cast iron. The use of Stainless Steel and Heavy Duty Cast Iron is to ensure that chances of corrosion in the machine are significantly reduced.

The Pendulum suspension system of the centrifuge is specially designed and installed with spring steel pins and bushes, to absorb most of the heavy vibrations of the machine in running condition. In the standard supplies the basket is driven by an A.C. electrical motor, connected through “V” belts with the centrifugal clutch pulley, which has brake liners for a measured and controlled starting of the machine and an in built cooling arrangement. It is assembled on the side of the C.I. triangular base plate.

The machine is configured such that it will not run till the aluminium / S.S. top cover is interlocked with the top housing, and the top cover will not open unless the machine is switched off. Suitable outlet for disposal of water is provided.

Optionally, an inverter drive, for a more regulated start and functioning of the machine too can be provided at extra costs.

The machine is available in Standard and Cake Plate Models of various sizes, starting from 36” Basket Diameter and going up to 72” Basket Diameter.
