Wet Fibre Opener

SUPER WET FIBRE OPENER furthers the concept of excellence in the line of fiber opening machinery. This machine is made from heavy duty M.S. plates connected together through cross supports M.S. squares, spike-less integral toothed rollers system, and the M.S. central cylinder drum with specially designed spikes. It can also optionally consist of the M.S. lattice conveyor on which the hydro-extracted wet fiber can be loaded.

The Hydro-Extracted fiber is loaded in the machine and passes on to the spike-less integral toothed rollers system uniquely designed to ensure even opening of the fiber and at the same time avoid breaking the wet fiber.

The integral toothed rollers system and the cylindrical drum are all interconnected via gear wheels, and the main gear wheel is in turn connected to a single pulley. An individual A.C. motor connected to this pulley via “V” belts helps in running the machine.
